We were happy to receive a pre-approval letter from Rocket Mortgage (which was surprisingly painless), but oh boy my wife and I had no idea what was coming our way. We though saving up was the hard part, but in reality finding the right place for the right price and keeping up with all the paperwork thrown at you at once was the real hard part. Fortunately, Brennan was there every step of the way always available to answer our questions and guide us on through our journey. I was buying a home while out of state so I had limited time, I recall Brennan was on the phone with me and the realtor at 1am helping me push our contract through, adjusting our pre-approval letter, and calculating estimates! Needless to say, when the time comes to buy another property, I want someone like this guy on my side."
