After a relative took advantage of the Rocket Mortgage process for his loan, I decided to see how involved it might be. I simply entered my initial information into the website and the process was off and running. I was extremely lucky. David Stanczak was assigned my loan for processing. I went from "investigating" to processing immediately. David made sure the process was as painless as possible. He remained in daily contact with me throughout the process and ALWAYS answered my questions almost immediately. He has a systemized approach to requesting the required documentation. He somehow, kept up with what I needed to send him and what he already had. Since working with David, I have recommended Rocket Mortgage to several other friends and relatives. I had one relative that was not quite satisfied with their Rocket Mortgage banker and I suggested they specifically ask for David to handle their loan processing. Unfortunately, because of their state location, he could not help them. When I need another loan, i will work with Rocket Mortgage as long as David Stanczak can handle it for me."

I will never do business, regarding my mortgage, with another company again! He streamlined the refinancing process and cut my loan-time by 10 years, with only paying a fraction more in monthly payments. I was very impressed with his professionalism, integrity, and friendliness. Now I know why Rocket Mortgage is winning J.D. Power awards every year. They have people like Giustino. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. "

"Good Morning my name is Mark Price and my wife is Mary Price.We met Amy through our brother in law who suggested her several years when we were looking to refinance our mortgage.Amy has always been ...Good Morning my name is Mark Price and my wife is Mary Price.We met Amy through our brother in law who suggested her several years when we were looking to refinance our mortgage.Amy has always been straight forward with us when it comes in the direction we should go with out mortgage.The last time we refinanced back in December of 2012 me and my wife almost backed out of it then Amy called us several times to talk to both of us on how much money thru interest only we would be saving by doing this refinance and by doing it she saved us thousands of dollars by the interest only which in the long run is going to help my family out greatly and by also lowering the number of years on our mortgage.will get us to pay it off sooner.Amy is always there weather by email or phone or even after hours to help with any questions you have or concerns.She is great to work with always a good attitude and in today's world that is not always easy to find.My wife and i both agree Amy has made a world of difference in our life and feel we owe her a great deal.Finally i think Amy is a great asset at Rocket Mortgage and really meets the needs of her customers and i would give her 10 stars if i could."

"I initially worked with Suzy Hadda when my wife and I refinanced our home back in Apr 2009 from our original loan into a new loan with a significantly reduced APR. Last Septemeber I lost my wife ...I initially worked with Suzy Hadda when my wife and I refinanced our home back in Apr 2009 from our original loan into a new loan with a significantly reduced APR. Last Septemeber I lost my wife Stephanie to melanoma and called and spoke to Suzy regarding the steps to remove Stephanie from the loan and title. At that time Suzy was able to work another refinance into a 14 yr loan reducing the rate down to 3.25%. Once again the process, paperwork and genuine great customer service from Suzy made the transition as painless as possible. Her attentiveness, skill and honesty mkade the turnover into the new loan easy and helped lift my burden during this trying time."
