Less than 24 hours after I'd completed to initial online application I received a call from Jason Ellis at Rocket Mortgage. Just a couple minutes into that conversation, my skepticism vanished. Jason's professionalism, personality, and knowledge erased any desire to shop around for a mortgage. He asked all the right questions and explained the process thoroughly. Throughout the mortgage process, Jason would keep me updated and keep my mortgage flowing smoothly. If you're considering buying a new home, I highly recommend Jason Ellis. He even called me after the mortgage closed to verify I was happy and that all had gone well. It had!"

He streamlined the refinancing process and cut my loan-time by 10 years, with only paying a fraction more in monthly payments. I was very impressed with his professionalism, integrity, and friendliness. Now I know why Rocket Mortgage is winning J.D. Power awards every year. They have people like Giustino. After a relative took advantage of the Rocket Mortgage process for his loan, I decided to see how ...I have to admit that I was a little skeptical about using an online service for my home mortgage. After a relative took advantage of the Rocket Mortgage process for his loan, I decided to see how involved it might be. I simply entered my initial information into the website and the process was off and running. I was extremely lucky. David Stanczak was assigned my loan for processing. I went from "investigating" to processing immediately. David made sure the process was as painless as possible. He remained in daily contact with me throughout the process and ALWAYS answered my questions almost immediately. He has a systemized approach to requesting the required documentation. He somehow, kept up with what I needed to send him and what he already had. Since working with David, I have recommended Rocket Mortgage to several other friends and relatives. I had one relative that was not quite satisfied with their Rocket Mortgage banker and I suggested they specifically ask for David to handle their loan processing. Unfortunately, because of their state location, he could not help them. When I need another loan, i will work with Rocket Mortgage as long as David Stanczak can handle it for me."
