From initial contact till closing date set Emma made us feel like we were her only clients. She worked very hard and went over and above when things got a little rocky along the way because of some bad financial decisions I had made a ways back. She really advocated for us. I mean way over and above. Contacting us well into the evening, making yourself available on weekends absolutely amazing and unbelievable customer service. My wife and I actually said to each other a couple of times that it feels like Emma is as invested in our house search as we are. She was constantly in communication with us as well as with our realtor which made any questions or concerns we had disappear quickly. She listened very closely to what our plans were and what we hoped to accomplish as far as funding and created a plan for us that was perfect. She was diligent, conscientious, thorough, clear and concise, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. All qualities we want in our mortgage provider, for sure. Aside from her exquisite professional skills, Emma's personality is delightful as well. She was always very pleasant, cheerful, kind and optimistic. There were times during the process where that was exactly what we needed and it was very much appreciated. To close, not only would we recommend Emma she is like without any reservation we will be actively sending people to to her when they are seeking a mortgage."
