I was rewarded with a smooth process and quick turnaround on our re-fi. Of course I recognize our credit is quite good and that helps always.
We moved quickly and easily through the process and Alex's knowledge of the system and my goal were obvious as it was a great experience compared to others in my lifetime.
Give him an A+ but don't tell him that. ;)
