Charlene went above and beyond. Two lenders I tried to work with fell off the face of the earth when I asked them many questions during the pre-approval process. One other lender actually went through the effort to see if I would qualify but I didn't, and they didn't work with me to try to make anything work. But Charlene with Rocket Mortgage bent over backwards in trying to find a loan program ...Charlene went above and beyond. Called again in April and again Charlene put her energy into my inquiry...but again it just didn't seem to be the right time.
