Tom was extremely informative and didn't appear to have any hidden agendas up his sleeve (as did another person I worked with in the past). He admittedly told me, after much investigation, that refinancing was not in my near future because it wasn't feasible to get me a lower monthly payment as I was wanting. I can accept that but will keep him in my address book for future reference. He was calm, professional, and easy to work with in a possible stressful situation. My refi went so well, that I closed within 30 days. Could of been sooner, but my old mortgage co still had lien on my house after Payne it off over 10 years ago. All went well and we worked through that. I highly highly recommend him for your agent.
