We had a high interest rate from back in the day when 9% was standard for home loans. I told Joseph the basics up front about a problem also with our old mortgage company giving us a negative mark to reflect 3 months late. I did have proof that it was paid and he worked with us patiently and professionally to get us from start to finish. I even kept jis name and number to talk to others in my family to refinance with him. He does VA along with every other type of mortgage!
