I had to explain ...Not a pleasant experience. LaQuita kept telling me that the FICO score used for qualification is an "average" of scores. It is not. It is the lower of the 2 applicants middle score. I had to explain to LaQuita what an average of numbers is. LaQuita was also incorrect about the Conforming loan limit for my area. In addition, I had inquired about a HELOC and LaQuita attempted to push a cash out refinance of my 1st mortgage."
