The information he had quoted me for closing cost were not accurate and were much more than he said it would be. He also led me to believe that I could get a 2 month grace on my first payment. When speaking with the closing team, they stated he should know that based on the type of loan, it is only 1 month. It felt as though he was trying to earn whatever commission he was going to get off this closing by trying to sell me a pipe dream. Overall, from my first experience of when I originally purchased my house to now, VERY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE. I loved my initial experience, but can't say I loved this one."
