He was thorough, creative and invested in each step of the process which was an extremely important element in making us confident that we would succeed. We will be forever grateful for his assistance in us being able to stay in our home of over 20 years. With both of us being recently retired we were not successful, after 2 years, in securing a Reverse Mortgage. That did not deter Marcus. He found a product that would serve our needs after others failed. Marcus was determined to succeed and he did. When we decided to more cash out, he reworked the loan to accommodate. When one computer wouldn't respond to signing of the documents, he put us in touch with wonderful support to talk us through the process. And when his part was completed and others were to answer, he put us in touch with the proper supervisors."
