He was thorough, creative and invested in each step of the process which was an extremely important element in making us confident that we would succeed. We will be forever grateful for his assistance in us being able to stay in our home of over 20 years. With both of us being recently retired we were not successful, after 2 years, in securing a Reverse Mortgage. That did not deter Marcus.
