"I’ve given this a lot of thought and realized regardless of the rocky start of the process as I stressed over the expense of the refi your patience and support were the primary reasons we completed ...I’ve given this a lot of thought and realized regardless of the rocky start of the process as I stressed over the expense of the refi your patience and support were the primary reasons we completed the loan process. Not to mention this was occurring with the start of the Covid pandemic in the background. We were ready to back out because of the initial anticipated cost but following my conversation with you we did not. What you said made sense-be patient and wait for the final closing statement. Your reassurance and support was critical in our decision to continue the process. I’m not sure what part you played directly but our loan cost ended up being about $2000.00 and we owed only approximately $30.00 at closing! It goes without saying that we were very pleased. You are excellent at what you do and the rest of the process was seamless. I would certainly highly recommend Rocket Mortgage to others and especially you. Thank you Paula a job well done."
