Alia was very professional and helpful. We felt we had a human contact all along. The most awkward part was our closer who arrived 45 minutes late, rushed us through the signing of the numerous pages and then Rocket sent us 4 checks for us to send to creditors that caused us credits! We won't recommend Rocket to anyone due to that.
Alia was fantastic! She was professional, friendly and more than helpful. When I had questions or issues she did everything to help get the issue corrected. She responded quickly and managed to get things taken care of efficiently and in a timely manner.
