While I appreciate Rocket trying to take care of clients they’ve obtained from other servicers, this was a pretty rough call. Very salesy and could not explain specifically what better opportunities could be potentially made available. When I expressed this, he got short with me and said “I’m just trying to save you money, you’re welcome to reach out in the future when you’re ready.” I don’t work ...While I appreciate Rocket trying to take care of clients they’ve obtained from other servicers, this was a pretty rough call. Very salesy and could not explain specifically what better opportunities could be potentially made available. When I expressed this, he got short with me and said “I’m just trying to save you money, you’re welcome to reach out in the future when you’re ready.” I don’t work in loan servicing, so without understanding what “opportunities” are present and with no desire to refinance or utilize a HELOC as well as increasing interest rates and having a fixed interest rate, it doesn’t make sense to me to continue to be talked at as if this is a sales pitch. Happy to have a conversation when there are concrete answers about the products that are being evaluated to help me as a customer if that really is the end goal.Read MoreRead Less
