I was connected with Andrew via Rocket’s chatbot. He was able to get me through the preapproval process while I was at work (had him on speaker while working on customer’s cars), and was both patient and understanding the whole time. He even followed up with me after hours to see it through after I’d told him I’d be working late. He even followed up with me after hours to see it through after I’d told him I’d be working late. Fast forward several months and Andrew didn’t alter his approach; he was thorough, honest and dedicated to helping me through this process and as a result we recently closed on our first home.

We had to jump through many hurdles during the process including price increases, paperwork errors, a half dozen delays to closing, all things out of his control yet he was always willing to answer my questions and get back to me whenever he was able.
