Rocket's rate was very good and they were willingly to work with us on emergent issues. But, we started with Anthony and ended up having no less than 5 or 6 other Rocket employees reaching out to us during the process. It is understandable 1 other person, but it became confusing, concerning, then annoying that we were being contacted by what was becoming a never-ending stream of new Rocket ...Rocket's rate was very good and they were willingly to work with us on emergent issues. It is understandable 1 other person, but it became confusing, concerning, then annoying that we were being contacted by what was becoming a never-ending stream of new Rocket employees. The mortgage process at Rocket needs to be redeveloped. Lastly, my new wife who was on her third Rocket mortgage could not be verified for online closing. She was verified on her first two Rocket mortgages so we were now required to schedule an in person closing hours before having to board a plane for an overseas trip.
