nitially, the loan expert was helpful, informative, and responsive, which gave me confidence moving forward. Unfortunately, once the loan process was underway, communication became inconsistent. Responses frequently took days, questions were not fully addressed, and turnaround time stretched to several hours even toward closing. After the loan closed, there was no follow‑up at all.
