We were looking to refinance our mortgage in order to pay off some high interest credit and also some home upgrades. After getting qoutes from some competition we checked with Rocket which held oilur current mortgage. After listing to our desires David put together a couple options. It only took a fre minutes of discussion to realize everything we had been offered was not how they described it. He showed us how refinancing our 1st mortgage would be a mistake with the interest rate we already have. He helped us accomplish everything we were looking for plus clear more revenue up per month than we thought possible. The whole process with Rocket was done from home and David walked us thought everything with great patience. Old folks and technology sure you understand.
