Overall the loan process went well and Derek was response to my questions although some miscommunications along the way. Lastly. I went into the program with 0 points, however, at the 11th hour points were added. It would have been helpful if this information was shared sooner considering the rep's knowledge and experience in this space.

There was no disclosure that I would have to wait 1-2 weeks after the right of rescission ended for me to access my funds from a heloc. Even after speaking to Derek after the closing he did not give me the information. It was never disclosed that I would not receive a checkbook to write checks to draw on the account.
