Derek is most efficient and knowledgeable in refinancing. While mine was a HARP loan, it took only a week to get approval and turn it over o the processors. The weakest link in the process was the title people..as a retired real estate/title insurance paralegal I complied with their, though most things asked for were unnecessary. Derek rengaged in the process and got the loan closed quickly and...Derek is most efficient and knowledgeable in refinancing.
