Derek is most efficient and knowledgeable in refinancing. While mine was a HARP loan, it took only a week to get approval and turn it over o the processors. The weakest link in the process was the title people..as a retired real estate/title insurance paralegal I complied with their, though most things asked for were unnecessary. When I did an online request for more info about a loan from Rocket Mortgage, within minutes I had a call from Derek and my first instinct was to hang up, I hadn't asked for a call and just wanted a simple online quote.
