However, Danielle was disappointing. Our closing date was 9/11 and due to her poor follow through it was delayed to 9/14. On 9/9 she blamed the title company for dragging their feet. Then she disappeared on vacation without wrapping up her end of the process on 9/10. The loan was handed off to Crystal and she had to be pushed by myself to complete things by 9/11 so we could close on 9/14.
