Elizabeth was an outstanding advocate for us during the entire refinancing process. She helped us navigate every step of the way with prompt responses to our questions, as well as clarifying all of our options along the way. We felt as if she was on our team, helping to make the entire process run smoothly. We highly recommend her and Rocket Mortgage for all of your home buying/financial needs.

What a wonderful experience I had with this spectacular loan expert. Although we hit some rather huge credit-related bumps along the way, she connected me with others on her team who helped me get those areas cleaned up. It was like working with a close friend. She stuck with me and addressed all concerns. We closed earlier than expected--that was the beauty of it all!

Working with Elizabeth was a pleasure, she answered all of our questions and made the whole process very easy. The online applicant process was great and we did not have to drive any where for the final closing. WDBA ! Thanks again

Elizabeth was always very helpful throughout the process. She walked us thru the entire thing, which was very helpful to two senior citizens who didn't always understand what the computer was asking for.
