I had some previous issues with my Rocket Mortgage and was considering moving to a different choice for a refi. After a couple conversations with Emily I decided to stay. Not because they were the best deal, because Emily was honest, straight forward, attentive and reliable...those individually are rare in the Mortgage Industry, all in one person is really unheard of!
