I was very frustrated with the process and I doubt I will use this company again once I refinance. I dealt with too many people, there were repeated mistakes with no communication between company entities. Most of the paperwork I received was inaccurate again and again. I had to resubmit documents because of company timely issues. My closing had to be pushed back. I was not very happy with Rocket, my settlement was delayed a day. Second, I spoke with 5 different people about my loan. Third, I wanted my car loan paid off, but it wasn't. I don't know what the issue was. This was the second time I used them; the first was fine.
