Erin ruined our experience with Rocket Mortgage. She consistently lost or "confused" paperwork, repeatedly told us she needed "just one more thing" and then days or weeks later "apologized for the confusion" but needed something else entirely. She is rude on the phone, doesn't seem to know what is happening in other departments, and held up our closing for almost two months.
