From the very first phone call, he took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood each step of the process. I also shopped around with other lenders, and while I was getting mixed feedback elsewhere, Jake was consistent, honest, and reassuring about what I qualified for and what to expect.

He was always quick to respond and made the process feel much less stressful, especially since this was my first time going through something like this. I really appreciated his professionalism and patience throughout everything.
