Uses deceptive sales tactics to get you to sign a loan if you don't do your homework. Kept trying to sell me mortgage points I didn't want for my situation. Nonstop uses the tagline "you get to skip 2 mortgage payments" instead of looking at the total actual cost of the loan. Used incorrect T&I assumptions which resulted in higher savings estimates, even though I provided those numbers.
