This is not the first time Rocket Mortgage has worked with me securing a mortgage but this is by far the best experience in working out the best plan for my wife and I as we re-financed our home. John was very creative and thoughtful- the mortgage we have was proposed by him as he listened to my plans for the near future. And closing was super fast to the point where I thought surely they would want more information for the loan; it was exceedingly less than I was accustomed to from previous lenders. John was great and i don't hand out compliments without merit. I am a CPA with 40 years of experience and John offered suggestions that i did not consider. He moved the process along and we closed it this week in record time. I don't think John sleeps as he answers his phone at all hours . Highly recommend him
