Joseph was great to work with and very responsive. His processing/closing teammates were not so good.Lost documents, didn't update payoff, missed Insurance paid in full recent so charged about $8,000 extra at closing. Options given were to postpone closing (again) or get reimbursed. Rate was expiring so had to depend on others to reimburse. His team needs help!

Joseph was wonderful to work with; he was extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful with my credit union issues. He helped the loan process move efficiently along, so I could meet the payment schedule for my medical procedure. I would highly recommend having Joseph as your loan expert.

Very slow to respond. Left multiple voice mails, text messages with no response. Tried to get others to help, what a joke. Definitely not the service I was use to getting with previous loans. Will probably never use Rocket again.
