Justin did an excellent job from start to finish. I called Rocket to find out what options I had to refi or home equity. We went thru the refi first. As it was going thru the process I asked Justin if I could get a home equity estimate instead of the refi and he was able to get me those figures so I could make an informed decision, which I did.
