I have had a number of loans through Rocket Mortgage. My finances are challenging since I own multiple properties some of them shared titles but not loans. Justin was able to correct underwriters a number of times that they assumed incorrect positions. Also he helped upload a ton of my documents that I kept being asked to resubmit.
Overall he made this easy it could have been a problem but this ...I have had a number of loans through Rocket Mortgage.
