I give him 3 stars because he started out pretty good but then started using aggressive sales tactics which was very disrespectful to me. His boss overheard one of our many phone calls and took over the process. Had it not been for her I would have likely gone with another mortgage company. Carter gets three stars because I have to give him credit for getting me through the initial phase of the process but he needs to be more respectful to clients and listen to them instead of telling them what to do and acting immaturely. Customers aren't all right but if you want to gain someone's trust you must show them you want to help THEM not yourself.Read More Read Less
