WI was given an initial interest quopte of 8.75%. Received a preliminary closing statement with the wrong amount of the loan and an interest rate of 8.5% Final closing statement came in at 9%. My loan amount was increased by $6100.00 because of some sort of lien. There was no such lien. Caused a delay in closing. Was charge $825.00 for an apprasel when appraser only charge $602. Extra $220.00 went to a Rocket company which to me is a rip off. I was charge $360.00 for credit reports. I doubt that Rocket was charged $120.0 for each credit report. I unfortunately did some comparison shopping after final documents were submitted. I found out that I could have gotten a much better deal. I used Rocket becaue they handled my present first mortgage and did a great job. I doubt I will ever use Rocket again.Read MoreRead Less
