Any mortgage process has many parts and can be lengthy. In addition to the expected elements that are dealt with, unexpected things arise that have to be addressed sometimes in a fairly short time frame in order to stay on track for the target closing date. Our refi was no exception. Katlyn was magnificent in assuaging our concerns and assisting us in completing all of the requirements in a very timely manner to allow us to achieve the target closing date.

Katlyn was always quickly responsive to all of our questions and concerns and dealt with us in a pleasant, responsive and professional manner.
