Ridiculously pushy and rude. Refused to take no for an answer. I had to block his number. Then I still received paperwork in the mail for the 2nd mortgage was trying to sell me. Absolute scam.

Keanen is a stereotypical aggressive salesperson that will continue to contact you even after explicitly asking to no longer be contacted. He emails and calls on weekends, odd hours, etc. and uses predatory tactics like urgency to try and force a response. If and when we refinance or move we will certainly not be using Rocket for anything mortgage related if these are the practices they encourage.
