I am not a first time home buyer and so I came in with certain expectations but I was pleasantly blown away by Kim’s exceptional service.

Kim was super proactive and always looking out for me (her client) throughout the home buying process. She recognized that one of the best ways to strengthen my offer/bid on the home was through having a fast close. She guaranteed a 14 day close when industry ...I am not a first time home buyer and so I came in with certain expectations but I was pleasantly blown away by Kim’s exceptional service.

Kim was super proactive and always looking out for me (her client) throughout the home buying process. She recognized that one of the best ways to strengthen my offer/bid on the home was through having a fast close. She guaranteed a 14 day close when industry standard is 21 days and actually delivered- closing in just 8 days! She is very knowledgeable and communicates effectively removing any potential issues upfront.
