I was on line with Rocket Mortgage, after a while, I asked the AI Bot if I could speak with a human. The response was, I am a person. So at 1:20am on a Saturday morning, I met Kisha. We talked like old friends, business and mortgages for about 40 minutes.
Being late, I asked her to put some scenarios together and call the next day, or me call her. So at 1:20am on a Saturday morning, I met Kisha. We talked like old friends, business and mortgages for about 40 minutes.
Being late, I asked her to put some scenarios together and call the next day, or me call her. We spoke that next evening, and she asked me to look everything over, if I like something, fine, if not, part as friends. For about 2 plus weeks Kisha carved out a spectacular mtg. Then I wanted money back, she changed it. T g en I changed my mind back to the original loan.
Kisha is a person of calm, a people person, multi-tasking, and a driven worker who is the most comfortable broker I have worked with. In a couple of years, I see Manager for her.
My Mortgage company, quoted me $15.5K on a refinance 30 years, higher payment.
Rocket, Kisha told me I would start at the years owed, less monthly payments and my closing was a few hundred dollars more than a fourth, 1/4 of $15.5, of what my mtg company was charging for closing.
So folks, Miss Kisha Daniel's is Thee finest person at this company.
All on a fluke, we met, and a friendship also happened. Next time rates drop, I know who to call.
