Kristina was awesome to work with, and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needed to get a mortgage. She was always professional and timely in her communications, through email, phone, text, or tasks within the Rocket website portal. She takes pride in her work, and respects her clients, I would definitely work with her again!

Kristina was AMAZING! I'm only allowed to give five stars, but if I could give more, I would. She was prompt in all communications, answered every single question I had, and guided us through the easiest mortgage application/closing process I've ever experienced. Next time we move and purchase another home or need another mortgage- she'll be our first stop. Highly highly highly recommend.

Kristina is great to work with, she helped us close our new home, which is amazing!! From the start she was super helpful and also kept us informed via emails or calls through out the process, we felt like she went above and beyond for us in helping us buy our new home!! Finally she is super friendly to work with especially for a new home buyer!!!

I can't say anything positive about Kristina. From the beginning I was given inaccurate information and responses were rude and dismissive. We ended up paying 11k more than what we were told we would have to pay at the beginning. She blatantly lies and tries to sweet talk her way out of it. I absolutely do not recommend her or Rocket Mortgage.
