There were so many steps to take, and usually time was of essence. Several times I got stuck and immediately called Laura for assistance. Since she knows her job very well and is very patient she was able to help me every time I needed it. Plus Laura seemed to enjoy my quirky sense of humor and has one herself. In fact, everyone I communicated with at Rocket Mortgage, throuout my mortgage process, were al friendly, patient, knowledgeable and provided assistance every time I needed it. I am totally satisfied with the service and platform Rocket Mortgage provides and I am glad I picked rocket mortgage to handle my mortgage.
