Lizeth failed to follow through or even follow up for that matter. I attempted to reach out on a few occasions both by email and phone with no luck. But suddenly I received a letter in the mail stating I had been denied for my inquiry and in the letter the information used for my profile was incorrect. Not only that I had not provided said information which is very concerning.
