Mack was amazing throughout the entire process. Everyone warned us that online lenders would be horrible to work with. Mack has been absolutely wonderful! It's taken me 56 years to accomplish owning a home. Without him, I don't know that I could have done it!! He has been so patient with me, answered all of my stupid questions, explained what I didn't understand, and he made a very stressful experience fun! Everyone at Rocket Mortgage was so friendly. Mack was awesome! He responded to any questions or concerns right away. This was a very smooth process. I love that you can do virtually everything through the app. Loading documents was a breeze! We closed in March and have since referred two friends to Rocket Mortgage. Don’t waste your time searching or shopping. Mack and Rocket Mortgage will take care of you. Mack was available by text and even at night if you had questions. His explanation of the process was simple and straight forwards. Facts not fluff. He is quick and ready to serve you.
