In my line of business, as a Realtor, I need cream of the crop loan officers that are excellent at follow-up skills, meet all of their deadlines, have straight talk with clients vs what a client wants to hear, impeccable communication skills, and are upfront and truthful about their rates, what they can do for them, etc etc.
