This lady Nancy Negrete is absolute top notch!! It's a rare thing that I write a positive view about a whole lot of people. But Nancy is one of those few. She went out of her way several times to accommodate me during the mortgage financing process. She came up with super helpful solutions for me that a big name bank couldn't or wouldn't. But Nancy is one of those few. She went out of her way several times to accommodate me during the mortgage financing process. She came up with super helpful solutions for me that a big name bank couldn't or wouldn't. I contacted Rocket Mortgage because I wasn't being taken care of too well by a major bank that I was right in the middle of an application with. They were laying the old bait and switch sales tactics on me and I became fed up with that game. And I was extremely fortunate to get Nancy on the other end of the line when I called Rocket. Nancy made all of the other bankers and mortgage professionals LOOK BAD!! And that is not an exaggeration on my part. She is patient, knowledgeable, and persistent at her job. If there is a way to get you over the hurdles, Nancy will find it!!! No other person I've ever dealt with in Nancy's field is like that. NONE!! If you call Rocket Mortgage, you'll be making a very good move, and I suggest that you ask for Nancy.Read MoreRead Less

Nancy understood what I needed and the urgency of having the funds by a certain date and recognized the time-sensitivity of my situation. She was understanding, proactive, and helped meet the deadline.
