Our experience with Nathan started out really well. My husband and I felt really heard and understood. After our refinance was in process, Nathan’s communication became spotty at best. It felt like a bait and switch. There were weeks without communication from Nathan leaving us lost and uncertain of what was going on. There were messages and phone calls unanswered as well.

By the end of our refinancing journey, some things had changed that we were not informed of. It took reaching out to customers service to correct our derailment. From there, we finally heard from Nathan again after a 2 week silence.

In the end, we closed on time but I am not sure we would choose Rocket mortgage next time.Read MoreRead Less
