Nick is amazing. We searched for the right house for several years. We had many properties that we got out-bid on, so there was a lot of false starts and urgent requests for refreshed pre-approval. Nick was always fast, positive and efficient. I would recommend him to family and friends. If we buy another property, it will be with Nick financing it!

Awesome!! Nicholas helped me thru a difficult and unique refinance and it worked out perfect. After 40 years of buying homes I can say he is the best!!! I have used him twice in 3 months and i wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommend him as the only guy you use.

Nick was very informative, even about other financial matters, helpful, cheerful and funny. Seemed liked we had known him a long time. He handled everything prefessionally, kept to the timetable and made the process very tolerable. He gave us time to think and decide, backing away when I asked for space to look at the scenerios and what we really wanted to do.
