Nick was absolutely fantastic. He helped my fiancé and I through the entire process. He’s super quick to answer questions and was genuinely excited for us to buy our first home together. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Nick Manders has closed three homes for us. He is our loan expert at Rocket Mortgage. Nick gets the job done and stays with you throughout every expected and unexpected detail of your loan process.

Nick was super helpful while my spouse and I went through a challenging home buying process! He was well informed, answered dozens of questions, all while being very responsive and professional. Definitely recommend Nick.

Nick is our go to guy! He has helped us buy several properties and refinance for our house flipping business and personal homes. His creativity and knowledge open up more options for us than we have found anywhere else.

He makes it easy for us and that means a lot.

My Nick Manders, from the beginning to the closing date, was understanding, when I thought it was impossible, he went above and beyond, to help get the home.
Nick is one of the good men we need around.

Nick was awesome the entire way through the loan process. He was always available for any questions. Even on the weekends. Simply put he rocked.

Nick was fantastic. He was very responsive throughout the process, and kept us continually updated with the progress each step of the way. We did not lock our rate until late, and Nick was patient enough to check the rates on our behalf regularly, and also helped us get good terms and conditions on the loan. Thanks Nick!
