Peter was great to work with!!! He spent extra time ensuring all questions were understood and that we felt calm during the entire process!!! He continued to help answer questions even after we had moved past his scope of the loan process. He was truly a gift from the universe during this process!!! Ok I know your first impression of Peter is he is an AI Bot. But that is not true, I think. I tease him because he always has the answers and his tone of speaking makes you wonder at first. But he is a genuine guy that does his absolute best to help and answer questions. He was always available to help and has been a great part of getting the loan without the normal fast talking pressure people ...Ok I know your first impression of Peter is he is an AI Bot. I had the best experience with Peter at Rocket Mortgage. When first applying for the loan I wasn't sure who I would use but after talking with Peter and the help he so freely offered me it was just so very easy to continue my journey with him. I always got an instant reply from him regarding any question I might ask. He knew exactly what I needed to do and if I needed to speak to someone other than himself. It was just an overall pleasurable experience! I would without a 2nd thought encourage anyone that was fixing to embark on the homeowner pathway to pair yourself up with him.Read MoreRead Less

As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions throughout the process, and Peter was incredibly patient every step of the way. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and whenever there was something he didn't know right away, he made sure to find the answer and get back to me promptly. He was also very responsive to my text messages, which was especially helpful when I wasn't able to...As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions throughout the process, and Peter was incredibly patient every step of the way.
