He also has incredible patience with someone like me who doesn’t understand how to sift through these things calmly.

Immediately I was impressed by his polite and friendly approach, his knowledge and what potential outcomes I might be seeing, all while being completely respectfully compassion and understanding of my needs.

There were several challenges and changes with my loan application, and any questions or concerns I had, Randy was there. He patiently explained things I didn’t understand and I felt very confident that he had my best interests in mind. I was shocked to have this kind of experience with any banker, EVER!

I have had dealings with mortgage companies o er the years, and none were as stellar as my experience with Randy and Rocket. I am happy to call Randy a new friend, and would happily recommend him to friends or family. I will always be grateful for him.
