From the first call I received from Randy, I was impressed by his cordial manner, his knowledge about his product and its potential effect on my budget, as well as his compassion and understanding of my financial needs. Throughout the sometimes convoluted process of my particular loan application, Randy was there, explaining the unfamiliar items I did not understand and reassuring me that the loan was progressing well. I felt that I could trust Randy to guide me through it all and he did!
