About Richard
Rich was born into the financial world by a family of entrepreneurs. His mom co-founded a mortgage company embedding in his mind the necessities to succeed. Rich was surrounded by successful people: his grandfather started one of New England’s largest furniture retailers “Summerfields”; his dad launched a jewelry company; and one of his uncles operated a snack food business “Handypax”; and not to be out done by the others his mom’s brother co-founded “Bob’s Discount Furniture”. It was only natural for Rich to be successful. He had a paper route at 10 yrs old that grew to 100+ homes, graduated from Lawrence Academy and Northeastern University. He is a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon. Rich also started his own companies in hair apparel, promotional marketing, and online media. His professional tenure included Marketing Director roles at public companies such as SmarterKids.com, Geerlings & Wade, and SC Corp. He’s married with 2 daughters, active at his temple, coaches’ soccer, enjoys photography, art, travel, real estate, & cars. Richard’s keen analytical skills and high integrity are a natural fit for helping people with their home financing needs. He completely understands the fluid nuances involved with lending today. His breadth and depth of finances and keen business knowledge carry over into useful insight that he generously shares with those who need help personally and professionally.
